Guidance for self-referrals and professional referrals

Referrals to the CASS service are accepted based on the list below – please check eligibility and exclusions first. You can make a referral to CASS by filling out a form online on this page of our website: www.casspartnership.org.uk/make-a-referral or via telephone or email.
Please note, a referral form is only required for peer mentoring and targeted interventions. If you would like education workshops or our social groups for autistic individuals, call or email us.
