Connect in a supportive space

Meeting new people and building connections can be challenging for autistic adults, but it’s also an important way to grow confidence, develop friendships and feel a sense of belonging. Our social groups provide safe, understanding spaces where adults can meet like-minded peers, share experiences and engage in activities at their own pace. Through discussion, shared interests and group activities, participants can build relationships, learn from one another and feel valued for who they are.

Social groups

Our social groups offer a relaxed, supportive space for autistic adults to meet and connect with others who may share similar experiences. Whether you want to chat, listen, or simply spend time with people who understand, these sessions provide a welcoming environment where you can be yourself.

These groups are for autistic adults aged 18+ living in Coventry and Warwickshire — including those who are diagnosed, awaiting a diagnosis, or exploring whether they may be autistic. Sessions run fortnightly (every other week) in person and online:

Monday

  • Warwick: 2:00-4.00pm

Wednesday 

  • Online via Zoom: 6:30–7:30pm

Thursday

  • Nuneaton: 2:00–4:00pm

  • Rugby: 2:00–4:00pm

Saturday

  • Coventry Young Adults (18–25 only): 9:30–11:00am

  • Coventry 25+: 10:45–12:45pm
